Crescent Pale Mist by Classic Shikoukairo

Crescent Pale Mist is a fun side scrolling game which features a great uniqueness in terms of gameplay. The skills and combos you can make is pretty interesting along with the graphical and sound effects. The game might appear quiet hard and the some stages might appear very long but still, with all the good moves and things you can do, it's hard to get bored with it.

A great game which is recommended for side scrolling game fans who loves games like Blood Over and other cool games like that. 

The controls are quiet hard to do, but as you play, it's normal to get used to it so don't worry. It includes an ingame tutorial so that you won't get lost figuring out what to do.

The sound effects and BGM are quiet Good compared to other games, It might get repetitive but it's still fun to play with it.

This is a great addition to anyone who loves doujin games, and please keep on supporting otaku0gen by subscribing, following, or dropping by a comment so we can keep on sharing more applications..

Controls: this is modifiable through the OPTION menu. For now, this is the default keys
J = Move Back
K = Move Forward
M = Crouch (Hold M and jump to jump in to foreground layer)
L = Hold L and jump to jump in to background layer
F = Sword Attack
S = Throw Daggers
D = Double tap to do Special Move
Space Bar = Double tap for a double jump
ENTER = Enter/Confirm for Menu's (also Return is to initiate the Pause Menu)

Blood-over by 9th Night

Blood-Over is a gunslinging 3D side scroller and has almost quite similar theme of Devil May Cry. The game has a fairly fun attack juggling system. As you progress through the game it gets fairly harder, so experiment with keys as you figure out new attacks and combos. Bosses in this game are very well implemented as they too have theyre own special moves that puts a great show on your sprite. It is a 3D game way back in Comiket 70, focusing on Shou, a female Free Hunter and her Maid Akari as they battle skeletons and monsters. This game is quite popular among doujin gamers. I think I know why,.a trigger-happy ojousama, a cute maid with a gatling gun and a lot of monster-shooting action. The OP song and music score is quite nice.

The main character holds a dual gun which can be fired by pressing Z and she is accompanied by her made (Who looks so much like Hisui) who you can summon on the front line to unleash a strong attack with her Gatling gun by pressing C anytime you want as long as you collected enough blood points.

Controls:
The controls are pretty much basic doujin stuff,  with all the pretty combinations you can do, you'll really love it..
Arrow keys -> Movement
Z -> Shoot
X -> Melee
C -> Special
V -> Pause
